The
Arts page affords a valuable and variegated study of artists and
artistic techniques in a broad range of fields. It is especially
helpful for those enrolled in AP arts courses, and crosses the
curriculum to probe the history and science of the various arts
as well.
Special Collections – In the center of the Arts page is a
list of Special Collections. These are collections of
theme-based articles that focus on a specific unique topic
pertaining to the Arts curriculum. Click on a Special Collection
to be taken to a list of articles. Here is a list of links to
the Special Collections:
Architecture –
A survey of master builders, past and present, from around the
world.
Art - Insight
into the lives and works of both famous and little-known
artists.
Craft
& Design - Articles on a variety of crafts from
around the world.
Cyber
Exhibits – Showcases select exhibits from museums around the
world with links to related articles in our database.
Dance
– A strong focus on ballet and modern dance, with a sampling of
many other styles.
Music
– Reviews and analyses of the works, people, and events within
the music community.
Theater –
Analyses of plays and playwrights, categorized by geographical
location.
Accessing the Special Collections from the main Arts page is a
simple process.

each collection, you will find a list of topics. Click on
the name of a topic to be taken to a list of articles. |

Once you have reached the list of
articles, click on the name of an article to be taken to the
